Walk-ins are always welcome for quick repairs like screen replacements and battery swaps. For more complex work — board-level repairs, data recovery, custom builds — we recommend booking online or sending a WhatsApp first so we can set aside the time. Walk In Repairs may take slightly longer than booking online, as pre-booked repairs need to take priority.

Most phone repairs can be done from 15 miutes, up to 1 hour for more complex repairs. iPhone rear glass repairs below the iPhone 15 can also take a full day to complete. Tablet & Games Console repairs we typically say 'Same Day'. Complex Computer repairs and board level microsoldering again can vary from 1-3 working days - The best advice we can provide is simply to ask us in advance.

Every repair is covered by our workmanship warranty. Warranty varies from 28 days - 6 Months - 12 Months depending on the nature of the repair and the device in question. Yes and No. If you've made a booking for a phone screen repair, battery replacement, charging port repair or a job that we expect to be completed within 30 minutes, then yes. It's highly likely we'll be able to fix this at the same time you've made the booking for. For repairs and services which can take over 60 minutes to complete, we usually advise using your booking time more as a 'Drop Off' time. To save on any confusion, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us. It'll save on any disappointments if you've made plans for that day.
